Gazetteer is a fully responsive web application to retrieve information about countries. The searched country can be found easily by clicking on the map or choosing from the provided list of countries at the bottom of the screen. Once the country is selected, the user can see the shape of its borders and two layers of clickable icons. The black ones provide webcams view in the marked location. The blue one marks the capital city location with basic information about the country (flag, weather, population). In the right top corner is located icons layer control to manage map view. On the left, there is a list of icons providing additional information about the selected country: weather forecast, top news, list of holidays, latest and historic Covid data.
